Najarra was only three years old when she knew exactly what she wanted from life. She began to model and act in stage plays in the community she lived in. Through her early years and teens, she was involved in a variety of theatre and musical productions. At ten, she made her film debut with co-stars in the film "Menace". Najarra's performance on the Sundance as well as the Cannes prize-winning "Me as well as You and All the People We have Come to Know" in 2005 drew attention from all over the world. The actress played the lead role in several movies, such as "Tru loved", 'Marin Blue', & "Betty I Am". In 2014, audiences got to witness a brand new face of Najarra's young star as she appeared in the IFC Midnight horror hit "Contracted".
